What is the maximum length for a custom alias?

Custom aliases must be between 3 and 20 characters long and can only contain letters and numbers.

Are there any restrictions on URLs I can shorten?

Yes, we don't allow shortening of URLs that contain malware, phishing, or other malicious content. Free accounts undergo automatic security verification through VirusTotal. See our Terms of Service for full details.

How long do shortened URLs last?

Link duration depends on your account type: Free and unauthenticated users' links expire after 24 hours, Base plan users can create links lasting up to 3 months, and Plus plan users can choose their link expiration time, including the option to set links to never expire.

Can I edit a URL after creating it?

No, URLs cannot be edited after creation. If you need to change a destination URL, you'll need to create a new shortened URL.
